Let's make things as SIMPLE as possible but no SIMPLER.

But reality is extremely complex. How can we make things SIMPLER? "Show. Don't Tell" -- A PROTOTYPE can convey a lot more than an essay or a speech.

If you want to DEVELOP something, make a PROTOTYPE so you explain it to others. If you want to BUILD UP the excitement, make a PROTOTYPE so you can show it to others. If you want to MAINTAIN the development and buildup, make a PROTOTYPE so others can experience it.

Your PROTOTYPE is a PROJECTION of the future that you just cannot share as easily without making it tangible.

A year ago today I wrote: Change is made by EXAMPLE, not by opinion ... A PROTOTYPE is an EXAMPLE of what can be. A PROTOTYPE is an example of what you CAN DO.
