Sometimes you need to get your users' attention fast, no matter what page they're on. You could send a custom notification, but that just adds a little red dot to the Notifications bell icon, and you know some of your users just ignore the bell. Nothing grabs their attention like a Toast — a pop-up notification, front and center in their browser.

Toast notifications are fired by automations you create with Process Builder. Choose an eye-catching color, specify the title and message, and drop a record link right into the notification!
