Last year, a young girl was separated from her mother when a series of hardships led to an intervention by Child Protective Services. Unable to maintain stable housing after losing her job, this mother faced challenges that seemed insurmountable. Her daughter was placed in the foster care system, moving from one home to another, caught in a cycle of uncertainty.

But the mother didn’t give up—and neither did we. Our attorney at Foster Care Advocacy Center was by her side every step of the way, fighting for her rights in court. Meanwhile, our Parent Partner worked with her daily, guiding her through a tailored plan to rebuild her life. Together, they addressed housing, job training, and emotional support, restoring stability to her world.

After a year of hard work, perseverance, and determination, the mother and daughter were finally reunited. Today, their family is thriving, and they look forward to the future with renewed hope—all made possible by supporters like you.
