Are you protecting your greatest asset?

In the noise of everyday life, it can be easy to forget that you are the asset of your life, and you must protect that asset.??

There are constant demands on our time and energy. There is pressure to compete and compare ourselves with others. We worry about missing out on opportunities.

For just a moment, I want to cut through all this clutter to remind you that you are the asset.?And none of the good things you do, none of your essential pursuits are possible if you do not protect and prioritize your well-being.?

For some of us, protecting the asset might be going to bed an hour earlier. For others, it may be making time for morning exercise or meditation. Perhaps you are feeling isolated or alone, and calling a friend or planning a night out is what you need to do.??

Taking time to invest in your well-being will pay dividends over and over and over again. You will feel better. You will think better. You will make better decisions. You will be able to make your highest contribution.?

Protect Your Most Important Asset

  • Write down one thing you will do today to prioritize yourself.
  • Commit to doing it.

LOVE the E.B. White quote. I feel that every day. I put "Do something just for fun" into my habit app a couple of weeks ago. It was a good decision.
