I'd never dream of getting it certified, but we grow organically on our farm here in Tanzania. We've only got 206 coffee trees, though, as it's really just a demo farm. But it's enough to harvest, roast, and enjoy with visitors.

This seems like a solid perspective, not just on coffee but on organic products in general. I do wonder if we are moving towards a kind of middle ground, where organic approaches that make sense are being incorporated into mainstream growing and creating overall quality improvements. I know it's not related to coffee, but I see a huge difference in quality in organic vs. non-organic grapes and I'm happy to pay for it.
