Staying out of the way, in your own lane or choosing not to “disrupt” could create a better path towards long-term opportunity from those not experiencing the consequences of being disrupted.?
While making business decisions as a professional, it takes time to discover over the long-term for other professionals and business leaders to truly understand how you have not only navigated your career but how much integrity you display as you choose what, who, why or when to disrupt if even at all.?
Disruption certainly does innovate and change.?Perhaps it is social media or financial technology or general acceptance of newly devised strategies or ways of doing business or solving problems or enhancing an annual buzz word.?
Most professionals can reflect back on small and big decisions alike to remember vividly those decisions they acted upon and the why.

This post share should not be read or interpreted as an “either or” nor a “pick-one” type of post of:

but rather a balance of where you are at in your life with personal and business all while being professional in business and a little more open with personal and how you tell and share your story to others.?
For 2021 and beyond in a post-pandemic world, we all are navigating what to do next with our time, time being our best and greatest asset.

c)???Navigating roads traveled for our business and personal time
so disrupt first the good like your schedule, timing of a decision, your focus or health, priorities and shift towards family obligations and even do a monthly payment plan session if you recently experienced a hardship or disruption in your financial life over the last year or so by beginning a new budget and make it happen!
