THE PROS ATTRACT BUSINESS AND AMATEURS CHASE BUSINESS

Wouldn't it be nice if you didn't have to make outbound calls to create business for yourself? By the end of this email and video you will have a better idea at how to do that!

If you are still in the chasing side of the business don't worry that's most likely?where you need to be right now. I'm not calling anyone a non-professional here. I'm simply building your mindset up to get to a level where one day you will not need to CHASE deals...make outbound calls.

Something?I have been very good at and got good at it early on in my career was my ability to attract?business. It didn't just magically come. It came from a shit ton of hard work, I just did it more consistently?and more aggressively?then?you might be doing right now.?

Quick Snapshot of the work that helped me get to a point where I do not make outbound?calls and people call me:

  1. Birthday messages (every single day even to this day. Start with social media posts and dm's)
  2. Follow up with no action required (friendly reach outs with value)
  3. Event Invites
  4. Offer Value to other realtors
  5. Create relationships with other realtors (sometimes they just need people to talk to about the business (yes it usually means bitching about the job but stay positive. Help them see the good in the business)
  6. Join local community groups (sports, charities, churches, dad or mom groups etc something that aligns with you)?
  7. Sit open houses every single weekend you can
  8. Social Media - get super friggin consistent, design, content and professional material. Be YOU! (My most appreciated compliment is when someone says "it's great to meet you, you're the exact same in person as on social media")
  9. ?BE THE OBVIOUS CHOICE - When you are consistently?doing the right things every single day, people notice and people will rely on you for your professional advice. do not take this lightly. Perception is reality, you have the chance now to create a reputation but only if it comes from a place of value.?
  10. Gratitude - The more you are thankful, genuinely for the business the less desperate you will seem and the ego will?be removed from the experience. We need to be less entitled and more grateful
