Propstreet October Insights - High Deal Volume in the Office Segment!

October was a busy month on Propstreet, with total deal volume now exceeding 24 billion SEK in 2024. Our tech team has been working tirelessly to introduce new features aimed at enhancing your experience on the platform. A Look at October

In October, a deal volume exceeding 3.5 billion SEK was communicated. More than 100% increase compared to October 2023. It was distributed on 30+ deals, with an average case volume above 130 million SEK. 50% of the deal volume was in office and retail properties, while there was a lower proportion of teasers in the residential segment than usual.


New features: Enhanced Investment Experience

We’ve heard your feedback, and we’re excited to announce two major updates released during October, addressing the key points you've raised:

1. Expanded newsfeed: Explore investment opportunities while maintaining personalized matching

Since introducing stricter matchmaking, we’ve heard your feedback about missing potential opportunities. Now, all users will be able to view a larger share of deals that are not a strict match with their defined investment strategies. These teasers are visible through Propstreet newsfeed, enabling investors to monitor the broader market while continuing to receive personalized opportunities in line with defined investment strategies.


2. Propstreet Copilot: Creating investment strategies

Creating an investment strategy has never been easier. Simple write in free text what you want to buy, and Propstreet Copilot creates an accurate investment strategy in seconds. How cool? (You find this new feature under "Edit profile" on the Start page).


Magnus Svanteg?rd joins the board of Propstreet
