The deal volume on Propstreet continues to maintain a steady pace with more than 2,5 bn SEK communicated during May now reaching above 14 bn SEK in total volume 2024. This compared to 9 bn SEK the same period 2023.?

Propstreet has successfully established itself in all Nordic countries, creating a true Nordic marketplace. We are seeing an increase in deals outside the capital cities, enhancing market dynamics for both investors and brokers.
A look at May
From January to May 2024, the residential segment grew significantly, accounting for 31% of all deals, up from 22% the previous year. Office segment also increased, representing 25% of the market, up from 14% in 2023. Retail maintained a solid presence at 19%, despite a slight decline. The industry segment decreased to 20% from 26%.
