August has never been such a strong month on Propstreet in terms of deal volume. The total for 2024 now exceeds 16 billion SEK, marking a 45% increase compared to the same period in 2023.?

Compared to August 2023, the deal volume has more than doubled, marking the highest August we've ever recorded. This growth highlights the strong partnerships and trust we’ve built with our clients and supporters. Thank you all for contributing to this milestone.?

From January to August 2024, the residential segment grew 4%, accounting for 32% of all deals, up from 28% the previous year. Office segment also increased, representing 23% of the market, up from 18% in 2023. Retail maintained a solid presence at 19%, up from 17%. The industry segment increased from 19% to 22%.?
