Proposed Overtime Rule Primer

Proposed Overtime Rule Primer

Overtime Rule

Seeing the photo, many of you hoped that this was a joyous post about the Arkansas over Auburn win last year in the 4th overtime.  Alas, this post is just about overtime...

The link will take you to a lengthy document.  I used the Proposed Rule for Overtime to create a document most can understand.  Now this is just a primer for the final rule which could come out any day now.  Please understand the content can change.

Please start planning now to modify schedules and possibly compensation for several of your staff members.  Most agency owners I know will be affected by this change especially in the Account Management area.
