Role Overview:

As Proposal Manager, you’ll oversee the full proposal lifecycle, leading a team of writers to create winning proposals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment. You’ll also help expand our footprint in the government sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage proposal development from RFP to submission.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and create solutions.
• Develop proposal templates, case studies, and resources.
• Position V-Soft’s services for federal, state, and local government contracts.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proposal management experience, preferably in IT consulting.
• Experience with GSA, SLED, and federal contracting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage teams across multiple locations.
