Proposal Manager – Full-Time Remote (U.S.)

Role Overview: As Proposal Manager, you will lead a team of onshore and offshore proposal writers, managing the proposal process from RFP analysis to submission. You'll focus on expanding our business in both the Government and Commercial sectors, with an emphasis on federal, state, and local contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to create high-quality, timely proposals.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
• Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts to develop tailored solutions.
• Maintain proposal templates and materials.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve competitiveness.
• Develop partnerships and Joint Ventures to win complex deals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of proposal management experience, preferably in IT consulting.
• Expertise in GSA, SLED, and Federal contracting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
