My journey with the humble momo—a beloved Nepali delicacy—has been one of passion and pride. As the "Momo King," I’ve long envisioned elevating momo to the international stage as an authentic yet accessible meal option. It is my dream to produce momo under the highest standards of quality and compliance, aligning with the esteemed BRCGS (Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standard). Known widely as a benchmark in the UK retail market, BRCGS certification would ensure our momo meets the strictest standards of quality, food safety, and operational practices, making it fit for retail in some of the world’s finest supermarkets.

Vision

To create the world’s first BRCGS-certified momo facility, providing consumers with “Heat and Eat” and “Just Prepare and Freeze” momo products. These retail-ready momo offerings will be crafted under stringent compliance, quality, and safety protocols, redefining the momo experience with the ultimate combination of tradition and trust.
