Overview
The PL-17 type sterilizer is a new type of sterilizer designed and manufactured based on the chain sterilizer of the German KRONES company. It absorbs the strengths of similar products from well-known companies in Germany, Japan, and other countries, and combines the conditions of our country. Its technical performance and product quality are at an advanced level among similar products in China. It is not only suitable for sterilization of 640ml glass bottle packed beer but also suitable for other packaging items of any shape, such as bottles and cans, with a height not exceeding 300mm.
Major Structural and Technical Features
The machine adopts single-layer channel Lexsno enhanced engineering plastic chain plate mesh conveyor. Gear fixed pitch transmission, even under bias, the plastic chain plate will not deform, ensuring that the can (bottle) operation is very smooth during the entire sterilization process, avoiding the occurrence of can (bottle) overturning. And because the Lexsno enhanced engineering plastic chain plate has a small heat transfer coefficient, it ensures the temperature setting accuracy of each temperature zone to the maximum extent and guarantees the sterilization temperature.
The transmission system is a combination of reducer and frequency conversion transmission, making the whole system simple, clear, easy to operate, and easy to grasp. And it can adapt to the speed requirements under different conditions.
The tank body and all overflow parts are made of high-quality stainless steel materials, which are not easy to corrode and have a long service life.
The tank body has a manhole, the manhole door opens and closes quickly, the top of the machine body is equipped with a movable cover, and the side of the machine body is equipped with an organic glass window, which is convenient for sanitary cleaning workand operation and maintenance.
The pipeline system of this machine is mainly arranged on the surface, and the layout is neat and reasonable.
The machine has 8 temperature zones, the temperature difference gradient is small, which can ensure a good sterilization effect. The establishment of the temperature zone adopts the square tube square hole sprinkler method, which can ensure the temperature requirement and is not easy to block. In addition, the structure adopts a detachable plug-in type, which is beneficial to the cleaning and maintenance of the water pipe.
The machine adopts a circulating water use method, that is, the preheating tank and the cooling tank are reasonably connected according to their temperature difference, exchange and cyclic use, fully utilizing the waste heat and saving the amount of water.
The machine is equipped with an automatic temperature control device to ensure the set value of each temperature zone.
The machine is equipped with a truly automatic PU value control system. That is, according to the user’s different bottle types, can types, and capacity (different situations have different heat transfer effects), the sprinkling water temperature of each temperature zone in the set PU value is automatically controlled by the computer. The overheating zone and sterilization zone have an automatic cooling function during the stop or pause operation. The automatic cooling system automatically adjusts the sterilization temperature (requires gradient cooling) based on the pre-set PU value through computer automatic calculation, and controls the PU value within the set range, thereby ensuring the stability of the beer product quality. Equipped with a touch screen, you can easily check the water temperature of each temperature zone and the PU value of the product.

BCGF70-70-18 Three-in-one Carbonate Beer Bottle Filling Machine
The BCGF70-70-18 is a beer bottling device composed of a 70 bottle washer, a 70 head filler, and an 18 head capper. It adopts a professional beer filling valve and a secondary vacuum extraction, making the filling more stable and efficient.
The filling adopts an isobaric filling method. The isobaric filling valve and the filling cam automatic lifting system, the size of the filling valve mouth is made according to the customer’s bottle mouth diameter, ensuring the speed, stability, and accuracy of beer filling.

Main Structure and Operation Rules
This equipment mainly consists of a water tank, a frame, a plug valve, and a centrifugal pump.
Acid, Alkali, and Water Tanks
The acid and alkali tanks are used to store cleaning fluid, mix cleaning fluid according to cleaning needs, and can also heat the cleaning fluid in the acid and alkali steam pipe. The storage tank is a standard container made of stainless steel. The cylinder with a thermometer (5) can display the temperature of the storage tank. The lowercylinder has an output connection point (i.e., the outlet of the centrifugal pump) (a). The top has two inlets (8). The bottom of the cleaning fluid inlet (b) has a cold water outlet (f1.f2), and the water tank has inlets and outlets for gas discharge.
Frame
This frame is made of stainless steel and can bear all cleaning equipment, making it convenient for transportation and installation. There are eight retractable legs below, which can stabilize the equipment. The frame on the operating platform is for observing the cleaning fluid.
Plug Valve
There are two ends of the plug valve installed with heat-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant silicone rubber, which have good sealing.
Based on actual needs, this machine can be manually operated. Press the “start” button of the centrifugal pump, and the pump starts to clean.
