About the role Join one of Australia's leading law firms as a Property Lawyer in one of the most prestigious firms in Brisbane. This is a full-time opportunity to provide expert legal advice and support to a diverse range of property clients. You will play a key role in the firm's Property team working closely with a partner and senior lawyers helping you with mentoring and building your skills as a junior property lawyer, contributing to the success of major property transactions.

What you'll be doing

• Advising clients on all aspects of property law, including property acquisitions and disposals, leases, development contracts, and joint ventures, put and call options and much more!?
• Conducting property due diligence and drafting complex legal documents
• Negotiating and finalising property-related agreements on behalf of clients
• Providing strategic advice to help clients achieve their property objectives
• Collaborating with other legal professionals within the firm to deliver integrated solutions
• Staying up-to-date with changes in property legislation and regulations

What we're looking for

• SOLID 1.5 to 4+ years' working as a property lawyer (admitted in a state or territory in Australia)
• A genuine interest in property law and a desire to receive and learn new information and push yourself
• We are looking for people to grow the corporate ladder and have a stellar career
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and client management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to provide strategic advice
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
