Property Investor Awards 2016

We are really looking forward to attending the Property Investor of the Year Awards this evening at The Imperial Hotel, London.

We have worked really hard to achieve everything we have so far and, of course, had to overcome so many challenges; nights like this make it all worthwhile. Nevertheless, one doesn't get there by one's own efforts - only through the support of others, and I just wanted to say a heartfelt 'thank you'. Thank you to my partner, Anna, for putting up with my late nights and early mornings; thank you to all of the friends and colleagues who have offered invaluable support over the years. Thank you to our architects, interior designers, consultants and the guys on site who make it happen.

This particular deal wouldn't have happened without the support of our investors, Jitesh and Ray, so thanks guys. I'd also like to say a big thank you to all the investors who have supported us in the deals that are not being recognised tonight - without your support this wouldn't be possible.

There was fierce competition this year, with some great nominations. It is such an achievement and an honour for us, and the other finalists, Andy Cooke and Lloyd Girardi, to share the final stage. No matter who takes home the award, well done to all.
