Property Investment

The investment in residential and commercial land in existing urban areas around the country, over the medium to long term, has rewarded buyers with excellent returns, especially in Lusaka where the city continues to grow outwards, and not upwards.

Concurrently the share of urban population in Zambia has increased from approximately 39.8% in 2011 to 45.1% in 2021 , due to urban population growth and population migration to and from urban areas.
