Property Data – are you getting the full picture?

One of my favourite things to do as a part of running Equidel is research. Getting my nerd on and getting deep into the data!

When considering the purchase of an investment property, one should (hopefully!) be going through a lot of property data about the property itself, and the area that it’s located in.

Things like “This area is going to see a population growth of over 700%”, “This area is really popular with investors”, and “These properties are giving great rental returns” are all great statements...

But how can one be sure that they're getting the full picture when it comes to property data?
