Property Council NSW's Western Sydney Outlook Event 2020

The Property Council’s ‘Western Sydney Outlook 2020’ Overview 

On Tuesday 16th February I attended the Property Council NSW Western Sydney Outlook event which was held at Bankwest Stadium in Parramatta. 

There were approximately 500 property professionals in attendance. 

The event was truthfully captained by Stuart Ayres, MP for Western Sydney who spoke with excitement and confidence about the Western Sydney market. 

Connectivity was one of the main items of discussion, and a lot of it revolved around the Western Sydney Airport. 

Were there answers? Not really. Was anything new discussed? No. No pressing questions were answered.

It’s was a heavy focus on transport around the Western Parkland City - no mention of extending a metro line to Liverpool which would really improve connectivity around South West. 

It was a good event overall and a chance to speak with property professionals interested in Western Sydney.
