By identifying and correcting potential errors before they occur, organisations can minimise the negative impact on their operations, reputation, customer satisfaction and results. It also enables a more efficient allocation of resources, as the costs associated with reactive error management, such as investigations, litigation and customer compensation, can be significantly reduced.
