Thought I would share some great updates that our company has experienced over the past few months, as well as our growth over the past 3 years and what we are looking to do in the next 5!
We continue to hire in all markets and this will not stop, so I wanted to paint the picture that may resonate to the right individuals, or passive seekers that may be “thinking” of making a move, but don’t want to go from one big to another, or take a chance on a “unknown” company…let's get to know Piper a bit more, and why we are a great landing spot for the long term! PS- I was one of those “passive” seekers, and we have a lot more here that can tell you their stories as well!
- Since joining Piper 7 years ago we have grown 5x’s in revenue and 7x’s in headcount (from 30 to 212!), it has been the most rewarding professional journeys I could have ever imagined. Just in the past 2 years Piper has seen substantial growth, growing 40% year over year.
- Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA) recently named Piper Companies one the Largest Staffing Firms in the United Stated for 2022!
- Piper was recently awarded by the Staffing Industry Analyst (SIA) 2022 Best Staffing Firms to Work For!
- We were just named to Inc. Magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 List, the most prestigious ranking of fastest-growing, privately owned companies in America. The 2022 list revealed ZP Group debuting at No. 3475! (That # will start with a 2 next year!)
- Next up- we plan to double in size in the next 3 years, that is both in internal headcount, contractors, offices, and revenue….that means a whole lot of promotions, upward mobility, internal stock growth, new verticals, territory development, etc.… the list goes on and on. Imagine being able to join a company and launch a new vertical or market? We can!
