The Tech Reboot project has been transforming the way technology services are delivered at The National Archives. We’ve been aiming to build engagement with our customers, and have rolled out a range of improvements over the past six months.

But how has this felt for staff across the organisation? Had they noticed any improvement?

We surveyed 700 staff when I joined in Sep 2014 and 6 months on the confidence in technology services provided to The National Archives staff was up by nearly 20%.
