A proof of concept on recognition of (micro)credentials for education and training organisations

Web2Learn’s computer science and software development team comprised of Sofia Terzi and Joseph Terzis run today a successful workshop demonstrating the (under development) software in the broader framework of the recognition of (micro)credentials and their standardisation by #education and #training organisations.

At the workshop our team presented a proof of concept that serves to match widely used European standards for qualifications (Diploma Supplement, MicroHE, ECCOE) to current practices of educational organisations, with the aim to support them better align their credential issuing systems with European standards. We were happy to welcome institutions who will test the prototype: C.I.P Citizens In Power , RITE (cyprus), AKMI International Areadne Lifelong Learning Centre and Hellenic Mediterranean University

A short demo video can be found here.

The workshop was part of the BlockAdemic project. #Blockchain #Credentials #Certifications #LifelongLearning #Education?
