Hey There!
Nivedan here again!
Today, I want to share a really cool AI concept & the exact prompt I used to help make that content engaging for you. ??
Let's dive in!
Are Humans & AI The Same???
I'm on a mission to make AI simple & non-intimidating for you. AI is a branch of a broader field called Machine Learning (ML). Machine Learning is how “machines learn” - when they don't need every instruction “hard-coded” and can apply intelligence based on the best available info & assumptions, just like us crazy humans. ??
Honestly, it's not very different from how “humans learn”. You can imagine an AI model is just like a student ??trying to train their skills from books??& educators????.
There are three main ways a student or ML can learn:
Supervised Learning
Supervised Learning is like having a tutor. The tutor gives the student practice questions and answers. The student tries to solve the questions, and the tutor tells them if they were right or wrong. From this feedback, the student can improve over time. This is like a machine learning model being trained on labeled data.
For example, a computer is shown lots of pictures of cats and dogs, labeled as "cat" or "dog". By seeing the correct labels, the computer learns to better identify cats and dogs.
Unsupervised Learning
Unsupervised Learning is like a student studying on their own, without a tutor. The student looks for patterns and structures within the materials they have. There are no right or wrong answers given. This is like a machine learning model finding patterns in unlabeled data.
For example, a computer is shown a large number of customer purchase records, without any other info. By analyzing the data, the computer identifies customer segments like "discount gain hunters" or "high spenders".
Semi-Supervised Learning
Semi-Supervised Learning is a mix of the two. The student has a tutor at first, to learn the basics. After some initial direction, the student practices more independently. This combines labeled and unlabeled data.
For example, a computer is first trained on labeled data of cat and dog photos. Then it uses this knowledge to identify cats and dogs in unlabeled photos more accurately than just unsupervised learning.
Here's The Exact Prompt I Used To Make This Article Super Engaging ??
