Promotions on Our Leadership Team

At Colonial, we depend on our dedicated staff to uphold our values and deliver on our client promise each day, and we are delighted to acknowledge two members of the Leadership Team as they assume new levels of responsibility.

Anne Latendresse

We are pleased to announce that Anne has accepted the position of Casualty Department Manager. She will continue to manage the day to day operations of the Casualty Department, its adjusters and staff, as well as provide training to the company’s casualty adjusters. Additionally, she will be responsible for overseeing the GLPD claims within our Casualty Department. Anne will also assist with Colonial's marketing initiatives and strategic planning. Learn more about Anne.

Ellen Bois, CPCU, AIC

Ellen is receiving a much deserved promotion to Casualty General Adjuster and Marketing Representative. Her considerable expertise in liability and casualty claims adjustment, along with her extensive experience in litigation and mediation, make her an invaluable asset to Colonial. Ellen will remain an integral part of the Leadership Team. Learn more about Ellen.
