PROMOTIONS & NEW HIRES

So we have a LOT of good news and I thought I'd announce it all in one post.

First up, Denise Stupart joins the team as National Account Director and I have to say, from a personal point of view, I am OVER THE MOON about this hire. I've known Denise for a number of years and Lois has known her longer than that. Denise brings a level of experience and expertise in account management that we've never had before. This is something our vendor clients should be excited about.

India Ella Nott-Bower steps up into a newly created role as CRM Lead. Data, now more than ever, is the lifeblood of any business. and this role is pivotal to how we make the right decisions. India's background plays into this perfectly and we're already reaping the rewards.

Graeme King steps up to Marketing and Production Manager. Never a more deserved promotion than this one. No one has worked harder through this pandemic to keep our business relevant and that level of effort should always be rewarded. G's vision for our brand and identity, as we come out of lockdown, is going to be something very important.

Matt Jones steps up to Community Director. Every business needs a Matt Jones, and we're lucky to have the original. Matt's "no BS" mentality is the reason 3000 recruiters converged on Mudchute Park in 2019 to create the largest event on the planet for TA. Matt's work with the RL100 is exceptional and we're delighted for him to make this step up.

Chantelle Jones takes a big step forward into the newly created role of Event Operations Director. With the remit of "create the best events in the world" the average person would run a mile at this opportunity, but we don't hire average. :-) Chantelle's work on our virtual events has been outstanding, but, with one eye on an in-person RecFest on the cards for 2021, the best is yet to come.
