Promoting the Rights of IP Owners in Thailand

Our own Managing Director, Dr. Satyapon Sachdecha, was invited by the Intellectual Property and International Trade Court of Thailand to speak on the amendments necessary to more effectively enforce IP rights in the Kingdom at the Centara Grand Hotel in Bangkok this past Saturday, June 16, 2018. Dr. Satyapon’s address included key changes he feels are necessary to further protect and promote the rights of IP owners in Thailand.

Dr. Satyapon can be seen above with the other panelists invited to speak at the seminar, Ms. Nusara Kanjanakul, Deputy Director General of the Department of Intellectual Property of the Government of Thailand, Ms. Taksaorn Somboonsub, Senior Legal Officer at the Department of Intellectual Property, and Mr. Watcharaporn Suntharasantik, Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court Judge.
