The connection between educators and their students is deep and influential; children learn from what we teach and absorb our emotional and mental states. This realization came into sharp focus during a particularly challenging period in my career, underscoring the urgent need for mental health awareness and well-being among teachers.

The Turning Point: A Personal Experience

A few years ago, I found myself overwhelmed by the mounting pressures of teaching. The demands of lesson planning, grading, administrative tasks, and supporting students emotionally took a significant toll on my mental health. I noticed that my stress and burnout were affecting my performance and subtly influencing the classroom environment.
