Great advice. I've unfortunately been in organisations that feel like they even discourage it! It rapidly becomes toxic to work in, and they wonder why staff turnover is high.

Can I add... this is in ideal condition very hard to find in the current market, I wish if this moreover available in real life... few companies few leaders was in my life... as you mentioned... and this is what I've been implementing in all my carrier... and many management was fighting me, and my position was on hold for this ideal life style...
