Our slogan "Well-being from the origin" guides our strategic planning and our organizational culture. At ALPACASA, the constant search for the well-being of our stakeholders is the common thread that unites the team and connects our daily actions.

For this reason, our employees are involved from the planning of the social actions we implement, contributing their time, energy and knowledge to make possible every advance we make.

Social Initiatives

As part of this commitment, we have been working for years to transform the reality of our community of San Pedro, where ALPACASA's industrial plant is located. In our opinion, the starting point to achieve this is education. We know its transforming power and we are aware that in our country, access to education is still a great challenge.

Thus, we have partnered with the J. Gutenberg School in Santaní to build one of our emblematic programs whose main objective is to provide free, quality educational opportunities to local boys and girls through scholarships. This initiative not only seeks to promote access to education, but also to strengthen ties with the community and contribute to its development.

We also regularly receive students and teachers to take a tour of ALPACASA's facilities and learn about our production processes in detail. From these visits, students develop projects in schools, colleges and universities, which were even awarded for their excellence.

Future Goals

Looking ahead, at ALPACASA we have great ambitions of social impact, therefore, we seek to expand the scope of our educational programs so that the community has more and more opportunities. The road we travel is not only a responsibility, but also an opportunity to innovate and contribute to generate a better country for all.

La sostenibilidad empresarial dejó de ser una opción loable para convertirse en una necesidad imperativa.?

Por eso, nuestros colaboradores se involucran desde la planificación de las acciones sociales que implementamos, aportando su tiempo, energía y conocimientos para hacer posible cada paso que damos.?

Qué acciones sociales implementamos

Como parte de ese compromiso, desde hace a?os, trabajamos por transformar la realidad de nuestra comunidad de San Pedro, donde está ubicada la planta industrial de ALPACASA. A nuestro criterio, el punto de partida para lograrlo, es la educación. Conocemos su poder transformador y somos conscientes de que en nuestro país, el acceso a la educación todavía es un gran desafío.?

Así, nos aliamos con el Colegio J. Gutenberg de Santaní, para construir uno de nuestros programas emblemáticos que tiene por objetivo principal brindar oportunidades educativas gratuitas y de calidad a ni?os y ni?as de la zona a través de becas de estudio. Esta iniciativa, no solo busca promover el acceso a la educación sino que también fortalece los lazos con la comunidad y contribuye a su desarrollo.?

También, recibimos regularmente a alumnos y profesores para realizar un recorrido por las instalaciones de ALPACASA y dar conocer en detalle nuestros procesos productivos. A partir de estas visitas, los alumnos desarrollan proyectos en escuelas, colegios y universidades, que incluso fueron premiados por su excelencia.?

Qué buscamos a futuro?

Mirando hacia adelante, en ALPACASA tenemos grandes ambiciones de impacto social, por eso, buscamos expandir el alcance de nuestros programas educativos para que la comunidad cuente cada vez con mayores oportunidades. El camino que transitamos no es solo una responsabilidad, sino también, una oportunidad para innovar y contribuir a generar un mejor país para todos.?
