To promote the stable growth of foreign trade, the General Administration of Customs has introduced a series of measures to optimize tax services, including expanding the reform of tariff guarantee insurance, improving the management of duty exemption and reduction review and confirmation, optimizing the follow-up management of duty-exempt imported goods, implementing deductions for domestic segment freight of imported goods, promoting the facilitation of benefits under free trade agreements, and strengthening tax policy research and interpretation of tax policies. These measures aim to reduce corporate costs, improve customs clearance efficiency, support scientific and technological innovation and the development of the integrated circuit industry, ensure transparent tax policies, and help enterprises fully utilize tax preferences.
