The only feature that isn’t included on Promo’s website is integrations with other platforms. Although the platform uses a social media calendar tool to keep you organized on your own devices it would be better to have it synced with outside content management platforms such as Hubspot, Buffer, and Hootsuite. It would make things better for the user experience if consumers were given an option to export content to their content management systems. Also, if people were already using their calendars on their computer for other tasks, having the content from Promo.com will appear overcrowding. Hopefully, within the next update of the platform, they will add an integration system.
