The Promises of Giants from the Man in the Middle

We have all been to events, conferences and workshops where some have been inspiring and energising, others less so. It’s tricky to find events that deliver what we all say we need and go there for:

  • Valuable, evidenced insight to help us with our own practice fields and areas of interest;
  • Connect and network with leaders of the profession, our thoughts and intellectual knowledge base
  • Learn something, do something and take things away to implement, introduce and enhance our impact and solve the problems we’re experiencing in our work.

Working Futures is one event that does all of that and more, consistently and smartly. So I’m delighted to be at my 3rd consecutive live event (and 6th straight if you include virtual delivery) on the 18th of May in London.

Where I’ll have the pleasure and honour of talking with John Amaechi OBE as a keynote slot with a difference, a ‘fireside’ chat, to explore all that John’s experiencing, seeing and thinking about in the world of work, people, culture, learning, inclusion and leadership.

From coming across John as a professional sportsperson in the USA to knowing his work as an organisational psychologist, award-winning, international (Sunday and New York Times) best-selling author, a sought-after public speaker and Founder of APS Intelligence LTD, it will be a true honour for me to share his wisdom with the Working Futures community. Not to be missed.

As well as John’s involvement, there are 35 sessions covering everything that matters from Working Future’s analytical nature of constructing an event. What really matters is what will get the coverage and exposure.

So, with the spirit of togetherness, and the stand-out proven practices from practitioners and their supplier partners, this event is the one for me to “put my chips on the table” for.

It is normally a £1k fee but if you use a special code for me (Perry:101) – it’s free for all my HR Director, Chief People Officer, and Director contacts (of organisations with 1000+ people to support and strengthen). I’d be delighted to have you join John, me and the Working Futures community on 18th May.

There will also be some complementary giveaways like access to your HR/People & Culture teams for People & Transformational HR Ltd 's soon-to-launched State of Flourishing survey and report. So it really will be a gifting experience beyond the great content and connections you’ll make with like-minded professionals.
