As promised....

Starting today, I am proud to share that I will be serving as the President of PrecisionForm, Inc., in Lititz, PA.  

Focused on the aerospace, automotive, defense, and industrial parts market, PrecisionForm, Inc. has been delivering solutions for customers since 1986.  As a team, we have deep knowledge and ability to develop and manufacture screw machine parts, cold formed parts, and a variety of standard and specialty fasteners.

I am honored to have earned the trust of the business ownership to lead this organization.  One of the critical deliverables for my role is to establish a fearless culture, grounded in accountability and empowerment. Together, we will demonstrate our passion to perform and build trust within the team and with our customers. 

My sleeves are rolled up, and I am ready to get to work! I look forward to building strong relationships with my new team, supply partners and customers as I onboard to the business.  

Looking to the future, our objective is clear. We will grow the core business and expand into new market verticals where we can leverage our capabilities and deliver value. The overall market is strong, as reported in the Purchasing Managers’ Index results for November. This metric reflected a seventh consecutive month of growth for the US Manufacturing Economy.
