New Product Launch: Macrophage-Directed Bioassays
Are you developing molecules that target monocyte or myeloid immune pathways? Our new suite of macrophage-directed bioassays are a critical tool for researchers developing immunotherapy drugs targeting innate immune pathways. With a convenient thaw-and-use format, our cellular reporter bioassays enable you to quickly and accurately screen your molecules to determine potency and stability, while ensuring assay-to-assay reproducibility.
Lumit??Immunoassay Cellular Systems
Have you ever wondered if your Western blots are giving you the complete picture? If the transfer step from gel to membrane is incomplete then valuable information may be lost. With Lumit? immunoassays there are no transfer steps. The entire protocol is performed within the initial cell culture well and there is no chance of protein loss due to incomplete transfer steps.
Cell-Free Protein Expression
Cell-free expression systems provide tools for protein production in a cell-free environment and offer the fastest way to correlate phenotype (function of expressed protein) to genotype. Cell-free protein expression can be performed in just a few hours using mRNA templates in translational systems, or DNA template (plasmid DNA or PCR fragments) in coupled transcription and translation systems, without the use of whole prokaryotic or eukaryotic cells.
Perform Capillary Electrophoresis on Your Benchtop
The Spectrum Compact Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) System allows you to perform Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis in your lab. It is an easy to use and efficient instrument that gives you flexibility in run scheduling and batch sizes, as well as total control over consumables management.

From Hit to Live-Cell Target Engagement Assay: DNA-Encoded Library Screens and NanoBRET??Dye
Monitoring and quantifying drug-target binding in a live-cell setting is important for bridging the gap between in vitro assay results and the phenotypic outcome, and therefore represents a crucial step in target validation and drug development. This blog post describes a hit-to-assay workflow to facilitate the generation of new NanoBRET tracers that can be used for live-cell target engagement assays.

?Using Real-Time to Monitor Cell Health In-Vitro: A PBMC Case Study
?Wednesday 27 September, 4pm (BST)
Are you interested in assessing the function or viability of PBMCs in-vitro?Do you want to know if extended culture influences PBMC viability and/or cytotoxicity? Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) are one of the most widely used models in biomedical research. However, the stability of PBMCs in culture post isolation is not well documented. Typically, PBMC viability or cytotoxicity is measured at a single time point after isolation, providing a limited snapshot of PBMC health for assays that last over multiple days. In this webinar you will learn how to multiplex cellular health assays to establish real-time effects of in-vitro culture on PBMC viability and cytotoxicity.
Simplifying Lab Work:?A Guide to Laboratory Automation Using Liquid Handlers
Wednesday 11 October, 2pm (BST)?
In this webinar, Dr. Sarah Teter outlines best practices for transitioning manual lab processes to automated liquid handling systems. Using real-world examples, she will guide attendees through key steps for developing a successful automation roadmap.
