Easily Detect Ketone Bodies in Biological Samples

New BHB-Glo? detects β-hydroxybutyrate allowing users to study subtle changes in ketosis, in addition to ketone body consumption and secretion. Its streamlined sample preparation protocol involves acid treatment and neutralisation directly in the assay wells, eliminating the need for cell collection, centrifugation, spin columns and deproteinisation. The assay uses a sensitive bioluminescent readout and is scalable to 384 well plates.

The BacTiter-Glo? Assay for Rapid Microbial Viability Testing

The BacTiter-Glo? Microbial Cell Viability Assay streamlines the measurement of viable microbial cells in culture by measuring ATP, delivering results in just five minutes through a simple add, mix, and measure protocol.? It offers greater sensitivity than traditional optical density (OD) measurements, allowing for early detection of growth from as few as 10 bacterial cells. Adaptable for automated and high-throughput applications, such as antimicrobial drug screening, this assay is ideal for fast and precise microbial analysis in both research and clinical environments.
