BIM is the most efficient path to the creation of an accurate, high-value digital twin.

ProjMan Thoughts: Technology like BIM & Digital Twins allows GCs and construction managers to complete pre-construction tasks without the need to visit a physical jobsite. This digitization of construction increases access to all parties of the project management team, from project coordinators to executives and everyone in between. Providing this level of access to those who typically don't have it, may increase the efficiency of the team in its entirety. I am eager to see this new technology continue to roll out in the AEC industry.
