ARCH by Unique Built
Gold Coast, Queensland
One of the Gold Coast’s hottest properties of the year, brought to you by an all-star DJ trio, Arch features one of the most jaw-dropping entryways we've ever seen. An 8-meter-high archway, paired with our stunning 'Teak Brown' batten curved screen and garage door makes this project one of our highlight facades of the year.

Upper House by Koichi Takada Architects
Brisbane, Queensland
Upper House is a multi-residential tower that brings biophilic design to South Brisbane. Inspired by the Daintree Rainforest, this building of 188 apartments has been thoughtfully designed to foster a sense of community among residents within the vertical living arrangement. Knotwood cladding boards were the perfect choice for the high soffit areas, offering low maintenance and aligning beautifully with the biophilic design principles.

The Esplanade by Mancini Made
Melbourne, Victoria
The Esplanade is a luxury beachfront residence, offering 270-degree bay views of Melbourne’s Altona Beach. Crafted to embrace the southern coastal climate, it features a moody yet cosy palette inspired by charcoal and embers. Knotwood was selected for its exceptional resilience to the harsh coastal elements, ensuring lasting performance in both hot and cold conditions.
