??? What or who inspires you as a professional??

Viktoriia: What inspires me the most is the feeling of becoming a better version of myself. I find inspiration in surrounding people who are more experienced, acknowledged, and skillful than me. I feel so grateful to be a part of such a loving Global Mediator company. It’s the very place and atmosphere that drives me to keep working and giving my best result.?

??? What challenges do you find the most motivating in your role as a tech specialist??

Viktoriia: Reaching a difficult goal or solving a complex problem and stepping out of my comfort zone motivates me in my role as a tech specialist. It’s an incredible pleasure to feel when the problem is solved, or the goal is reached at the end though at the beginning it seemed unattainable.?

??? A piece of advice you would pass on to ladies considering a career in engineering??

Viktoriia: I remember myself as a debutant, the lady considering a career in engineering can feel disoriented at the start.

I would recommend developing curiosity in engineering, being confident in your strengths, to be creative in finding innovative ways of approaching a problem.

Lastly, developing a love for learning is essential, because, in engineering, you will often be working on problems within challenging constraints where the answer is a creative solution.?
