The Project of The Week for the week of March 19, 2018 was a difficult choice because there were several great contenders. I chose this house in Bridgemill offered by Tammy Riffey of The Sanders Team Realty for several reasons. First of all it was a very nice house. But what really made me choose this one is because it sold the first day it hit the market! Again! That's two in a row for Tammy. A couple of other noteworthy points... The house was photographed on a a very cloudy day and the grass was brown. I gave it a blue sky and fertilized the lawn. Plus I added fires in the fireplace shots and added the scene from Captain America to the movie screen in the home theater.
