Project Updates

We left you at our last Bulletin with some words of encouragement during this 2020 pandemic.

As you know, we were blessed with the opportunity of remaining on the essential services list in Western Australia, and at Buildcor Projects we have continued to pivot and adjust to this new way of business and continued to deliver your projects in a timely manner. 

So what have we been up too?

Over the last few months, our team have been keeping busy liaising with various local state and federal officials in preparation for major project works which are currently underway.

Our Perth spring weather has made it possible to start demolition works around our city and also continue on our existing sites.

You can spot our signs all around Perth, from inner city to river views, new homes and businesses to historical projects - our team are there!

Now we know we're all missing those stunning aerial views from our plane windows in 2020, so with the help from Eric Paul Goldie, armed with his drone - we can transport you high in the sky and offer you some exciting footage! ??

As you can see, site preparations are in full swing, just a small taste of our many exciting upcoming projects!

One of our challenges this year has been spreading out our trades to comply with the new social distancing laws in conjunction with meeting deadlines. Although adhering to these new requirements placed a temporary hold on our historical Mount Lawley project, we were able to regroup and restructure to comply and persevere forward.

This soon-to-be stunning sunroom awaits its final transformation, as does the remainder of this historical project. But we can already see this federation style home with a contemporary twist taking shape.

We are also very pleased to announce an upcoming apartment development which we have the pleasure executing over the next few months.

This brand new 8 apartment complex will service the suburb of Morley and provide a much needed facelift to the area.
