I require assistance in managing two nursing homes situated in close proximity to each other in the Southport area. Both homes have a Good rating but in an internal audit have leadership issues in my view and are at risk of being non-compliant with CQC / regulations.

I am looking for management support to overlook the operations in both homes and improve quality and compliance, reporting to me. Anyone up for the challenge?
