Project Review: Kempinski Hotel N’Djamena, Tchad Picks Zya Cutlery from Chef & Sommelier

An exciting project to refurbish the restaurant with a new up-market fine dining orientated cutlery suite that would be appropriate to leading restaurants around the world was initiated by the Kempinski Hotel N'Djamena in Tchad.

Chef & Sommelier’s Zya was selected with it subtle lines and emphasis on comfort in the hand. At home in michelin star establishments Zya is a new take on a teardrop handle but with a conventional head to the spoon and fork. The range still incorporates the touch marks familiar with high end cutlery producers from Europe.
