According to the Summer 2018 edition of the 'Association of Project Management' (APM), more than 40%, that is a third of construction projects in the UK, overrun on TIME, and 35% on BUDGET!
It was, therefore, suggested in the short article, that the gap or 'void' can be 'filled' with the introduction and application of appropriate technological innovations in projects construction.
What do you think? What are your views? Will adoption of new technological innovation in projects construction go a long way in bridging the void and help bring down projects failure rates?
What are the projects overrun statistics for the US, France, Germany, Italy, Russia, Singapore, China, Japan, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa and Ethiopia, for example?
It will be interesting to see how other countries fare compared to the UK. Your views/comments/observations, welcome.
