2. PROJECT CONTROLS MANAGER

Experience 15-20 Years

"Review the Baseline Programme, establish time, and cost control requirements.

Review programme updates against the Baseline Programme.

Provide planning / programme advice to Management.

Develop, monitor, and update the delivery programme periodically as required

Attend programme meetings chaired by the Chief Construction Manager and the Client Representatives

Advise the Chief Construction Manager on the time impacts of instigating change requests

Provide inputs to the Progress Reports

Maintain a critical path master schedule

Review and analyze proposed construction schedules

Minimum of 15 years' experience in Project Controls either for a Contractor or Construction Management firm.

Significant experience in claims avoidance, claims management and risk management.

Fully competent with Primavera P6MENA experience a plus

BS degree in construction management, architecture, and Civil engineering or related field in accredited university is required.

3.SITE ENGINEERING MANAGER

Experience 10-15 years

"Must Have Experience of at least 1 full project lifecycle of ARAMCO large EPC project working alongside a GES+ Engineering firm representing an EPC company.

A relevant college degree professional, English speaking and writing, with a minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated technical document writing experience and attention to details.

Has the ability to translate and assemble write-ups from discipline engineers into a homogeneous document.

Should be an expert on Security Systems/telecommunications infrastructure design, systems integration and be able to coordinate and develop engineering drawings, studies, and equipment specifications.

Design Manager is the ultimate focal point to assemble the required deliverables and as such shall be expected to present for review any deliverable at any time upon the request and discretion of Company.

4. PROCUREMENT QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR (PQCS)

Experience 8-10 Years

Project Construction, Maintenance and Quality Management professional with technical background.

14 Years’ as a Procurement Quality Control Supervisor, QA/QC Mechanical Supervisor, & QA/QC Inspector and professional experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control of project procurement, vendor management, materials, security systems (IDAS, LRDAS, SACS, VASS), welding, piping, equipment, plumbing, HVAC activities as Procurement quality supervisor.

Overall project QA/QC coordination, interface with the multidiscipline engineering team to ensure effective implementation of Project QMS and Safety programs, Inspection & testing of work to ensure the facilities are constructed in accordance to Project Specifications and Standards. Familiar with Aramco standards and International codes related to Secuirty Systems.

Must be Saudi Aramco Approved PQCS

5. QA/QC MANAGER (Multi Disc)

Experience (12-15) years

Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Bachelors Degree and having multi discipline experience

Monitor and supervise the inspection of all activities in Security System Project.

Develop Saudi Aramco Quality Documents and uphold Quality procedures through out project execution with a team of PQCS, Quality Inspectors etc.

Ensure that the PQP and defined Quality requirements including ITP , Check list , MOS , PTS and applicable standard and code are being followed at the project.

Coordinate with concern representative such as Construction Manager, Project Manager , supplier /Vender / Third Party etc. for quality implementation.

Provide Technical assistance to project team for improvement of Project Quality & Progress.

Prepare and Review the Project Quality documents till completion of project along with dossier.

Understand engineering procedures/interfaces for all disciplines across the project and reflect in Quality Controls deliverables.

Provide the Projects Quality Records including Inspection Log , NCR and Pro- active Log , calibration Log , Lesson Learn and Quality concerns.

6. HSE MANAGER

Experience (12-15) Years

Any bachelors engineering degree with NEBOSH/IOSH certified having 12-15 years experience in HSE.

Manage and lead the HSE team to the overall administration and implementation of HSE initiatives, programs and procedures.

Participate in the development and implementation of risk assessments to help in identifying & mitigating hazards for critical activities.

Conduct Safety Behavioral Observation Inspection (SBOI) Focus Inspections, Project Safety Index (PSI) weekly management walkthrough, HSE Audits and Safety tours to ensure the implementations and compliance of HSE standard as per Saudi Aramco CSM, GIs, CSSP, EMP guidelines and ensure that any remedial recommendations are implemented.

Audit contractors and subcontractors for compliance with HSE systems and procedures. Maintain accident statistics, analyze trends and propose and take remedial actions where necessary.

Ensure that Saudi Aramco SDHOP HSE policies, procedures, regulations and objectives are effectively implemented.

Foster continuous improvement of existing HSE Management Systems through sharing of best practices.

Monitor HSE Performance of Contractors and Subcontractors and ensure contractual and other relevant requirements are satisfied adequately.

Assist with investigation of accidents, incidents (including ‘near misses’) and dangerous occurrences and make recommendations to prevent recurrence.

Ensure that all critical activities are risk assessed and control measures are applied before execution.

Oversee and manage activities undertaken by subordinates.

Continually review and establish programs and initiatives to reduce the project health and safety risk profile resulting in smarter workplace efficiencies and continuous improvement.

Conduct HSE information sessions, facilitate and participate in Hazard Identification Plan.

Technically review MS, CSSP, work procedures, standard operating procedures and project specific HSE documentations.

Liaise with the project management team and help to drive a safety focused culture.

7.LEAD PLANNER/SCHEDULER

Experience (4-8) Years

? Assist and support the development and maintenance of planning control structures in alignment with approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

? Assist and support the development and maintenance of baseline project plans and schedules using appropriate scheduling software

? Monitor and control planning activities through all phases of project lifecycle

? Liaise with engineering, procurement and construction functions, and others as required, including third parties, to maintain awareness of project activities, their status, and their impact on the project schedule and manpower requirements

? Prepare and provide copies of project plans and schedules in accordance with project reporting requirements

? Prepare and provide copies of project progress and performance status reports in accordance with project reporting requirements

? Prepare updates to project plans and schedules

? Prepare, updates to project manpower requirements

? Assess and communicate schedule impact of change notifications

? Monitor overall project progress status, achievement of major milestones, and analyse project performance in relation to planned performance

? Liaise with cost discipline to ensure accurate and timely control and forecasting of man - hour budgets and ensure that the impact of all change requests is properly assessed and included in the schedules

Experience (5-8) Years

? Prepare plans, layouts and designs with supporting calculations for specifications, and supply drafting and estimating staff with information to assist in the production of detailed drawings, the development of tools, quantities, materials lists and cost estimates as required.

? Check plans, designs, materials purchased and equipment for conformity with specifications.

? Assist in the preparation of technical detail for sales inquiries, quotations, contract documentation, technical literature or in the analysis of failures following customer complaints.

? Liaise with suppliers, clients, consultants or commissioning engineers concerning the design, installation or construction and commissioning of assigned work.

? Safety – responsible for personal safety and safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

? Quality Assurance – responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the EMS system to ensure that all internal and external documentation is fully traceable.

? Requires Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.

? Minimum 5 years’ experience in security systems’ design:

? Experience with SACS solutions as IP or analogue with its all type of identification methods (ID, biometric …etc.). In addition, experience in automatic gates (sliding gates, turnstiles …etc.) and magnetic locks for doors will be an extra credit to be considered.

? Experience with CCTV solutions as analogue and IP solution.

? Experience with IDS devices such as Fibre Optic Field Fence System (FOFFS), Microwave (MW) …etc.

? Experience with some Physical Inspection device such as x-ray baggage inspection, metal detector, explosive sniffer …etc.

? Implementation experience in IDAS, CCTV, Security Access Control System SACS, Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Physical Inspections device.

? Experience with in some C2I (C4I will be as additional credit) and other security systems software such as Alarm Managements, Video Management, Intelligent Video analysis …etc with their configuration.

? Security Vulnerability Analysis (SVA) study experience or certification will be considered as distinguished credit to the candidate.

? Experience with Long Range Detection and Assessment System (LRDAS) such as Intrusion Detection Radar, Long Range Cameras …etc will be considered high credit. Moreover, maritime detection device (such sonar devices) experience will be high credit as well.
