Project Manager - Remote Position (Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder, W2 Only). Not looking for a traditional PM, looking for someone who has worked on a portfolio of projects.

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in a remote position. This role is open to US Citizens or Green Card holders and will be on a W2 basis (not C2C). As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and supporting daily operations using ServiceNow and other tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with portfolio managers, forecasting budgets exceeding $42 million
2. Pick up work and drive project progress
3. Utilize ServiceNow project management module for daily work tracking, resource allocation, financials, impacted applications, status reports, and SAFe Agile practices (certification is a plus)
4. Familiarity with ADO and Jira Align, working towards Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)
5. Manage finance information using Excel and create dashboards with Power BI
6. Support portfolio operations with a focus on financial forecasting and reporting
7. Understand finances at portfolio, program, and project levels
8. Collaborate across industries without preference

Minimum Qualifications:

• PMP certification
• Agile certification
• Experience in portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and ServiceNow project management module
• Working knowledge of ADO, Jira Align, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of financials at portfolio, program, and project levels
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with teams
