A scrum master is someone who specifically uses agile methodology, which is a way of working that is used heavily in the software industry. It takes a look at requirements and gets those requirements completed in iterations.
The scrum master’s role is to ensure that agile process is running smoothly and effectively, and to remove any roadblocks for the team.
Project Manager
A project manager oversees the overall aspects of a project from start to finish. They incorporate scope, time, and budget.
They also look at risk management, change management, and anything else that will ensure that deliverables get delivered and stakeholders stay on track.
