Job requirements:

Bachelor and master’s degrees in economics, management, business administration and other related fields.

PMP, PMI or ?PMA certificates

Min. 10 years’ experience in the field of Oil and Gas worked under PSA and RSA

Job descriptions:

• Obtain and evaluate daily reports, data from the operating company (s), and providing relevant suggestions, recommendations;
• Report to the management?on weekly performance, assessment of production performance and preparation of relevant proposals;
• Meet with partners at production sites with at least once in a month (special control over the projects implemented in the field of HSE?and related projects?improved environmental performance), oilfields, etc., evaluate operations and make relevant proposals. Inform the management of Socar Upstream about the decisions and conclusions of the production consultation on the site;
• Prepare a corresponding opinion on the Annual Work Program and Budget document submitted for the projects;?
• Due to the implementation of the Work Program and the Budget during the year (Oil and Gas Production, Well Repair, Perforation, Water Injection, Improvement of Working Conditions and Efficient Use of Workforce, Delivered Amortization Costs and Disposal of Fixed Assets and other, related activities);
• Develop the relevant project work program during the preparation of the SUMI Annual Work Program;
• Supervise the timely submission of reports and ensure that they are properly appropriately verified.
