About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly client bills and ensure timely follow-up.

- Develop project work plans and make necessary adjustments as required.

- Play a central role in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Assign responsibilities and set objectives for team members.

- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain project progress within budget and schedule.

- Generate monthly reports on engineering, procurement, marketing, and commissioning progress.

- Maintain strict adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards.

- Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies.

- Coordinate with clients and consultants for drawings and approvals.

- Conduct in-depth delay and risk analysis as part of the project release process.

- Engage with local authorities and government officials.

- Monitor work progress and quality to meet client specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the rail industry.

- Diploma with a BE (EEE, ECE) qualification.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including preferred knowledge of MS Projects.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.

- Strong technical competence, problem-solving abilities, and team management skills.

- Exceptional planning and communication skills.
